Hartford Open Studio Weekend

Come to Hartford ArtSpace Studio 407 and view the works of Tao and Amy LaBossiere. Joining us this year is visiting artist Nancy MacBride of Re.galia by Nancy MacBride, Up-cycled clothing collages that inspire & entertain. Wait until you see her stuff! Tao is showing brand new mixed media and rusty metal artworks, reclaimed wood art, paintings, and illustration. Amy is showing some new mixed media art and her book, Finding Still Waters: The Art of Conscious Recovery. Many other surprises!

Saturday and Sunday, Nov 16-17, 2019. 11 am to 5 pm only.

Mark My Words: Mirabai Bush/Chris Grosso - Living, Dying, Loving

If there’s one thing that we all have in common, it is that we face the challenges of living and loving as we prepare for the inevitable.

Authors Chris Grosso ("Dead Set on Living - Making the Difficult Journey from F**king Up to Waking Up") and Mirabai Bush ("Walking Each Other Home - Conversations on Loving & Dying with Ram Dass") join moderator Amy LaBossiere ("Finding Still Waters - The Art of Conscious Recovery") for a probing and insightful conversation.

This empowering and unflinching evening will cover death, life, addiction, spirituality, and strategies for handling life’s unexpected joys and challenges.

I'm honored to share these upcoming book-signing events with my friend and awesome author Chris Grosso (Chris also wrote the foreword to Finding Still Waters). We co-launched our books on March 6 at Hartford ArtSpace Gallery and have a couple more events coming up. Come see us.

Holistic Fair Mind, Body and Spirit

I'll have a book-signing table at this event:

Join us for an amazing and enlightening evening of self-care. Our first annual fundraiser for the Regional Substance Navigation Program which helps to support people who have lost loved ones to substance abuse and for those in recovery. We will have Readers, Reiki, Sound, Massage, Chakra Crystal Balancing, Energy Healing and much more! There will be raffles and door prizes. 

Have you ever given hope, comfort and support to a friend or loved one? We bet the answer is “yes” but have you done the same for yourself? If you answered NO then this event is one for you! Make this the first time you allow yourself the same comfort and support that we spend so much time giving others!

Tickets are as follows... $10 for entry fee. $30 which includes entry fee and one service. $50 for entry fee and two services. If you purchase an entry ticket and decide during the event you would like a service done then the services will be $25.
